We confirm your size and requirements with you online before crafting begins, so no in-person visit is needed.

Sizes and delivery

• Available sizes: 39–44.
• Delivery within Pakistan takes maximum 15 calendar days after your size is confirmed. Standard delivery charge: Rs 250.

Payment

• Pay in full in advance and save Rs 600 per pair. This saving does not apply to cash-on-delivery orders.
• We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online transfer.

Exchanges and cancellations

• Exchanges are offered only for shoes that arrive torn or with a manufacturing defect. Report the issue on WhatsApp within 5 days of delivery, and we cover the shipping for defect exchanges.
• You may cancel your order any time before production starts.
